Aren't the Sprint versions unlocked until you activate on their network? Technically couldn't you activate it on AT&T?

Because you can blacklist the phones and they won't work on any US carrier....

Sprint and Verizon versions are CDMA. They can only be activated on their original network. The carrier can unlock the phone for a premium fee, but it will only work internationally. US carriers will be blocked.

They werent stolen. They were upgrades for my company however the employers did not like them and wanted to keep their old phones. They are not on no blacklist. And they can be unlocked for att. Its a great deal!
