Yes I will take some pics of the installation I set it up on 31st just after picking it at the post office

In short, I bought it on Ebay from a Korean guy for 215.00 USD (~1677HKD) with free shipping.
It's quite cheap as the package contains the front and rear camera (2 channels) with the battery pack for video surveillance in the parking. And my dad bought it from a web group order for the same price without the battery pack.

I ordered/paid on 19th/20th december, the parcel was sent out on 23rd and was delivered on 29th but as I wasn't at home I picked it up on saturday morning.

BTW the website Track Trace is very convenient

The link from ebay Caidrox CD3000 still 2 available

Lately I wanna try out this kind of black box. Have been bumping into idiot drivers these days. Last time at a yield roundabout I was making a right turn and I already had my car out in the roundabout. A car on my right side going straight flashed and horned me like mad, saying that I should not go before him. He was still behind the yield line like a few car spaces back. As far as I know he did not have the priority even he was going straight. Traffic rule is whoever approached into the roundabout first or crossed the yield line should go first. I found many drivers abuse this rule and when they go straight they don't even slow down and just gun through the roundabout. I really wanna have this recorded and sent it to the traffic police. I heard people have been successfully using this sort of video files as evidence for charging people. Fined and 5 points deducted for reckless driving.

cant comment on the specific incident but in general if 2 approach the round about simultaneously, the person to your right has the "right of way." that said, if you are already in the roundabout and he's still a couple of car lengths behind the line, then the right is with you. there is also no priority based on direction of intended travel in the round about: vehicles going straight don't have right or priority for those who are turning left or right.

may have misread your specific situation - if so please accept my apologies.

Exactly. Actually I never studied HK driver's rule. I got my license transferred from the states. I know in the states right of way gives the right hand side if two approached at the same time. And that's left hand drive. Now that you assured me, koby.

Happy new year folks.

Best cam in the market at the moment is Blackvue DR 400G. It's a Korean made product. Best clarity and function. Comes with 16GB sdhc card that will record while driving and activate motion sensor while u parked the car.

I have installed 2... one for front and and one for back.

This is singapore distributor site:
http://www.blackvue.com.sg/new-full-hd.html

Just a YouTube review:

There should be a HK distributor or parallel importer. I bought mine from importer for just below USD300 each.

Do note that there will be error codes in our Beemers due to usage of external device draining car batt but that's normal and error can be safely ignored.

Looks like Korean are making a lot of these stuffs as Caidrox is also korean made

This is a video showing the interface you have on your computer :

You can view front and rear video at the same time. The rear view zone can be switched to a google map/earth view.
Motion sensor variations are shown below with the waves and the built in GPS help to have the coordinates but also give you your speed.

One of the avantage, after its good value, is the quite wide angle of the camera (142degree) that allows to see more.

And here is a guy unpacking the package and showing (quite silently) his new toy :
