335d owners near Vancouver, WA

Hello everybody. Is anyone on here own a 335d located near Vancouver, Washington? I have a deal with ETS "Extreme Turbo Systems" to get a 335d in to build a aftermarket intercooler system for it. These cars would probably pick up quite a bit more horsepower and torque. If anybody is please message me. Thanks

We're also trying to get HPF to do the same thing, and they are an ETS seller (along with other brands). I'm very interested in seeing what ETS thinks, so I'll keep an eye on both threads and try to help out.

I have seen your other thread regarding the HPF intercooler set up. What do they need to get this done? I can buy a new 335d intercooler and have it shipped to them to make this process quicker.

That would probably do it! They could then transfer the i/c to ETS (or vice versa) for double the fun!

If you want to do this, pm me, and I'll get you the contact info at HPF.

Having the intercooler it self won't really work for us. When we designed our intercooler kits for the 335i, we removed the factory lower charge pipe due to the restrictions in the piping and built our own mandrel bent 2.5" diameter lower charge pipe. We also removed the factory c-clips and used a standard style inlet/outlet to ensure we have no leaks at higher boost levels.

If we could get a local guy who wants to bring in his car, I would make them a screaming deal

To be honest, I don't know the factory boost levels of the 335d, but if it's like most diesel cars I imagine it's somewhere between 38-50psi. We can definitely build an intercooler that will support your goals

After talking to the owner yesterday, I think we could make some serious power with the diesel model and a turbo upgrade. haha
