M- weekend

Just a bit of history on IMZ4N first. I'm an X Navy guy and served from 74-80 aboard the USS Nathan Hale SSBN 623. I have lost several friends that I have served with, so excuse me for my slant on Memorial Day.

God Bless America and all those that have given their lives for the freedom that we enjoy.

On Monday after ceremonies at Sub Base San Diego.

I've lost friends as well. It's nice to know there other people out there who appreciate memorial day for what it is, not just another day off.

My twilight tour was in Sicily, spent most of the summer in the local pool complete with bar. Only 2 years ago, but miss the camaraderie that came with being in a unit, squadron, etc. Do not miss the politics one bit!

OMG I love sicily...I sooooo want to go back. Me and my wife have been there 3 times...the first lasted a week.
