For sale: lightly used Gruppe M replica intake for 325/328/330

BIMMERPOST / Classifieds
Asking Price:
None

Item Interest
So, I've decided to go ahead and sell my Gruppe M rep intake

I've just received the K&N filter a few days ago, and I've tested it out, yip, the sound is as reported by others, it's got a nice growl to it from 2500rpm till redline. It literally screams.

It's made for E90 325/328/330, but Eric got it to work on his E92 328 as well, see:
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46303

And as indicated in the above thread, the fitment of the airscoops is not as good as the OEM nor the authentic Gruppe M, but it fits and screws in. I just don't want the buyer to be surprised that it doesn't fit as nicely as the authentic Gruppe M. I've made some minor modifications (i.e. filing around the corners) to make it fit better, and I'm sure that with little bit more elbow grease, one can make it fit perfectly if so desire.

The intake has been SOLD, thank you for those that've inquired.

Hmm...any issues with the engine bogging in the hot weather? bad idle? error codes? I'm really interested in this intake. What form of payment would you like? I'd have to hide the payment from my girlfriend...she got a bit angry when I bought the 19inch reps haha.

no engine bogging, of the three days that I've had the intake on my car, no engine bogging (it's pretty hot in TO right now, 30's), no bad idling, and no error codes. You can read up on the thread by Eric, tonnes of reviews on the intake
http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=46303

payment will be via paypal please, since we're both in Canada, we'll do the transaction in CAD, 350CAD shipped.
PM me if you're intersted and need payment info.

Thanks!

Eric: Thanks for the bump

Johnny: call me crazy, but I prefer the OEM sound Don't get me wrong, the Gruppe M sounds beastly, but I actually like the OEM's quiet growl. So my loss will be someone's gain.
