Fog light lenses

Hey, I want to replace the entire lense. How do i go about doing this? Also, if anyone can recommend a nice replacement bulb (or hid system) for them, I would appreciate it!

Selling my Stock fog lights right now. Great shape. Both sides entire housings. Stock bulbs included. LMK if interested. PM. Off my 2006 e90

I would go with the HighPerformanceBulbs.com HID system. http://www.highperformancebulbs.com/bmwhidfoglia.html (pick the right bulb type from the list, I think you have an H11 in your fogs, but don't quote me on that!) They have the best track-record for being error free.
