PRICE UPDATE: DROPPING IT TO $31,500!

Hi everyone,

Was just thinking of a change for this coming Spring, so my pride and joy might be up for sale, for the right buyer, at the right price. The car was bought at The BMW Store on Burrard & 5th in May 2010, and it has been babied since Day-1. I am the first owner, the only driver, and the car has never seen snow.

Always garaged at home and work, all mods are cosmetics only and done professionally at Revscene sponsor shops: AK Autoworks, AJ-Racing, Advance Motorsport. The car always turns heads everywhere I go, when I drive it. As of now, it has been sitting in the garage and not driven much. Anyhow, onto the detail as follows:

Colour: Jetblack on black interior
Mileage: 40,000 km
Package: Premium Package, Heated steering wheel, etc.
Warranty: Balance until 2014 - including oil changes, etc., everything

The Bad:

I am sure I missed a few little things, I will add as I remember. I am pretty anal about cleanliness and cars; I have records of every single gas fill-up receipts from May 2010, the day I got the car.

Price I am looking at would be around the $33,000 range, and I am willing to help buyer in saving tax, as it is a private sale. Good luck with sale...but i just think its another example of trying to get your money back for your mods....when they are actually worth 0$ in resale.
