What body kit is this?

Can anyone confirm what body kit is on this e90 from this picture? I was on modbargins looking up the koni fsd + eibach kit and this is the pic on the product page. Now I might want to get the fsd kit and this body kit. I 'm just not sure exactly what body kit it is.
