Passenger Side Headlight..Help! (e92)

I recently change out my factory hid bulbs to 6000k bulbs but then I didn't screw back the cover tightly. So when I was just getting off from work and it had been raining with cold front. When I was driving home my headlight warning sign pop up. I assume it just a burn bulbs but instead my passenger side headlight was condensing up. I change it back to oem bulbs, still the headlight didn't work either but everything else work fine. Does anyone has this problem before? I don't have any warranty on the car so bring back to the dealership will cost arm and leg to repair. Could it be the hid ballast or watering burn out a wired?
Should I:
A. Buy another oem ballast kit?
B. Shipped to do a customs headlight and hope they can also fix my problem?

Help Thanks!

It's probably the ballast. Does the bulb work on the good side?
