Anyone familiar with this lip and difuser?

Morning,

Does anyone have and/or are familiar with the following products from Schiedmann? Specifically, two different lips and a diffuser, for a pre-LCI E90 with MTech bumpers.

Diffuser: 51-19-2-153-916
Lip (one piece): FRL9091ML
Lip (two piece): FRLCUP9091M

Pics are also attached. Any insight/experience with would be appreciated!

Not familiar with the lips but I do have the diffuser, thats the performance diffusor and I got it at my local dealer.
