2006 325xi Suspension Question

I own a 2006 325xi sedan. My question is, why does my car fish tails or swirls to the side when ever i hit a bump. I notice it when im driving at high speed. You can also feel it when driving normal but not as much. My car has run-flats by the way. Can it be the suspension thats bad? My car has 90,000 miles. Any help would be awesome. Thanks

P.s. i forgot to say that when i push on the back, the car bounces a lot.

I dont know thats why im asking. I also noticed that when i push on the back, the car bounces like 3 times.

Its possible something is up with your suspension. 90k is a lot of miles... get it inspected.
