Wait what? Does your car have the OEM factory Bi-Xenon lights?

Not from factory. It had the halogen headlamps. I installed the projector headlamps. The angel eyes work and the highs and everything else. I did the wiring correctly. I just need to install the ballasts and d1s bulbs

Did you retrofit OEM headlights? Can you take a pic of the lights you have installed for me to look at?

OK great--well getting the OEM ballasts was the right call in this case.

I'd like to apologize for not responding more quickly, this has been a pretty busy week for me.

I consider myself pretty well-versed in the world of BMW lighting; however, I have not performed a xenon retrofit on my car, simply because it came from the factory with it. So I am not the best person to ask for help.

However, what I can tell you is that you will almost certainly need to get your car coded for xenon headlights. It's not difficult, but it will with 100% certainty, eliminate errors from your vehicle.

Have you tried firing up the headlights with the ballasts and bulbs installed? If so, what sorts of results have you been getting? Flickering? Errors? Erratic high-beam functionality?
