Anyone color coded their e90/1pre lci kidney grill (silver)?

Just the chrome bit I mean, leaving the slats black.

I hate chrome and it's about the only bit on the car. Like black grills on grey or black but on pre lci silver it stands out too much for my liking (on the bonnet as the eyebrows are so fat) so only option left it to colour code or leave the chrome.

Anyone tried it?

Yeah might buy a second hand grill and give it a bash with some spray cans when I get the time.

Why dont you get a picture of your car and then photoshop the grills in the same body colour. May help to give you more of a better idea.
