E93 ('vert) M3 caught testing as well!
Looks like M division will infact be using the retractable hardtop for the convertable version

The car is most definity an M3, check out the front end, the hood, the m front bumper and the conceiled vents. As for the funky wheels, those giant hubcaps actually have onboard gyrometers and such to wirelessly send telemetry data to the car, you'll see these things on early stage mules in alot of cases when the manufacturer is setting up the basic geometries of the car

Can anyone tell if that is the Jerez Black? It looks to have somewhat of a bluish tint...especially around the front of the window trim. I've read somewhere on this forum that the convertible will be using Jerez Black as its premiere color.
