Daytime Running Lights do not work!

My DRLs do not work and i honestly have no idea why. The headlights work but the angels do not light up. I do not feel like going to the stealership if it is minor.

Check if you turned them off in your settings

I'm getting the error code at start up. I never turned them off in the settings.
