Anyone have this bumper?

I have a bone stock 328i that looks identical to this:

A few questions:

What is this bumper called?
Does anyone else on the forums have this bumper? I can't find anyone with it...
Is there anything I can do to change its appearence? E.g. do any lips fit this bumper?
Is this bumper only on non-sport package 2011-2012 e92s?

Thanks a lot for the help, I've been looking everywhere on here for information on this sucker, and I'm feeling like I made a really bad decision not getting the sport package. If anyone knows of any pictures of a nice e92 still using this bumper, please send it my way.

looks like a non sport e92 lci bumper,not much u can do with it maybe plastic dip the silver rods?

This is the E92 LCI Non M-Tech bumper like stated above.
I have this bumper as well but in AW.
I was in your situation as well as I couldn't get the M Sport package and was thinking about spending the cash on an LCI rep mtech bumper but something was holding me back from spending that much money. I actually don't dislike the bumper and I think it's a nice change from all the aero lips, and mtech's out there but I just hate that it's not aggressive enough.

Luckily i didn't pull the trigger and found this lip:

Planning to just go with that. There is a thread somewhere around here with a member that purchased it.
