Head Lights Shaking.....

My headlight shake very noticeably at night over moderate bumpy roads. I have the adaptive headlight (HIDs) on my 335i sedan. Does anyone else notice this at night? Is there a fix out for it? Road&Track Magazine (March Issue pg. 66) mention this in there road test of the 335i sedan. Are any e92s having the same issue. I just wonder what it looks like to on coming traffic. Everything appears tight in both headlight housings.
