damn. definitely loud... haha
what did you replace the secondary cats with? when you say OEM resonator, you have the e90 exhaust? edit: nvm, saw your album.... you actually have the e92 H-Pipe and not a stock resonator. surprised you dont have a rasp after you straight piped the secondary cats.... what tune/DP's are you running? drive by video at WOT would be nice =] |

honestly it doesn't even sound bad here... which is why I'm shocked haha I thought without a resonator in the secondary cat position you'd get some bad rasp...
still need more drive-by videos to further evaluate though |

it actually sounds good. but this is on an iphone and i dont think he revved past 4.5 rpm. The resonators will give it a cleaner sounds all around

I actually like the muffler delete on our N54's, sounds like a mean V8. I'm definitely considering to going this route some time later on after I sell my Harman Motive exhaust.

I have catless DPs, muffler delete, but retained the 2nd cats and resonator. I love it! It's slightly deeper in tone than yours, especially on start up (even more on cold start). Drone isn't too bad, considering I used to own a Chevy Trailblazer w/a Magnaflow muffler - so soothing. Yours sounds great during high revs and idle. I love the gurgle (I can't stop making mine gurgle...even though it's wasting gas).
However, I recently removed my tune for an upgrade and I swear the drone has gotten louder - just shy of annoying. Can't wait to get my upgrade back. I often turn off the radio and listen to the tunes coming out of the car.
