Smoked Headlights

I saw a kit online. I am all for the rear lights but I am 50/50 on this mod. Anyone ever do this? Is it legal? Pics? I am thinking of doing this on my graphite e92.

Whats the point of limiting your light output thus diminishing your safety?

Don't you have "blackened front/rear/side marker lights" on your 1997 M3? Does that limit your output thus dimishing your safety?

i don't think this would be a smart thing to do, like the others said you will be limiting the amount of output of light with smoked headlights
