Those are 18x8 ET34 and 18x8.5 ET37.
So the front fits just like 18" F30 wheels, but the rear will stick out 10mm more than 18" F30 wheels, I assume it's still gonna fit, but I'm not sure how close it will be to the rear fenders.

Won't be an issue.
GT Challenge is running 9.5" wheels in the rear without issue

I am trying to decide if I should go with 19s or 18s. I lowered my car with H&R sports springs. If I go with the 18's above, I will go with 235/40/18 in the front and 255/35/18 in the rear. What do you think of that setup?

By the way, I have factory 17s with a 225/50/17 square set up. Rims looks too small after I lowered the car. I am not sure if the 18s will make that much of a difference. Thanks for the replies. Really appreciate your guidance.

I think it depends on the roads and your regional weather.
18's are a no brainer if your area road surfaces are crap. That said, aesthetically these cars beg for more wheel (19-20").

Those tires are smaller than OEM F30 tires, I'd get 225/45/18 + 255/40/18, OEM F30 size.

I would say go with 19" my car is lowered on the stock 18's with the H&R Sport and I just bought some 19's to put on it.
As for the above wheels, I am not sure if the offset will allow fitment so its not a matter of width but more the offset you might rub the calipers but I am not sure. Only way to know for sure is to try but I have heard e90 wheels will not fit f30 because of offset.
