Will my wheels fit an e39 m5?

Figured they would fit but just with a 'sunken' look but still want to make sure...

here are the specs on my wheels

front 19x8.5 et35 245/35/19
rear 19x9.5 et33 265/30/19

I'm not familiar with older body style BMWs and some guy wants to buy my wheels so figured I'd ask for him.. not sure if there will be some sort of clearance issues or not?

No, since the e39, and I assume the e39 M5 too, has the large 74.1mm hubs.
I assume they're hubcentric on your e90.
