Hi,

I just wanted to drop by and say hi to the general forum members. I recently purchased a 2008 e90 335xi about a month ago and spent the past month putting on a few mods for the car. Before this car, I had a 2007 328i (bone stock) which I was very pleased with, but lacked power.

I also want to say thank you to the vendors (especially Brandon @ **********s.com and Anthony @ A&L Autobody in Palatine, IL) who gave me great price on the mods/installation and also the e90post community for providing valuable information (search button ftw!)

The make is Alufelgen and the model is CS7. They also have SF-71s which are more concave. I bought them through Brandon @ **********s.com.

No, I bought the aero kit through Falkner BMW at Lancaster, PA. They sold it through Amazon and I have a Amazon card. I believe Tisher is cheaper.

I called several body shops locally in my area, and they were all expensive. Also, most of them sent the body kit to another shop for painting. But after searching through the forums I was referred to A&L Autobody which is located in my town (I didn't even know). They specialize in BMWs and are quite renowned in Chicagoland for this. Their price for installation for the body kit + coilovers were unbeatable.

I'm hoping to have this done in the next couple of months and want a better idea of what price range I should be looking at for painting and installation since the kit I know is $1500 shipped from Tischer.

very nice car and very nice wheels. Thank you for not getting black wheels. Makes me think of the cheaper cars that come with black steel wheels that people throw a hubcap on or a test mule.
