Or buy one of the unbranded ones available from Autozone or Target?

Definitely posted to get some laughs… or maybe just a chuckle or two….
Can't turn it around, it's black and not shiny on the reverse side. Quote:
That's EXACTLY why I did it... I don't feel the need to advertise... but I do like the quality... It's a GREAT sunshade... And tinting the front windows is not legal in texas - but it sure does get hot... And yes, I had the paint and stuff already in the garage and a spare hour to blow off some steam... |

I would've just put duct tape over it. Basically the same color.

hmmmm, so from what some of you are saying, I need to do something a little more extravagant to make it into the "Ultimate Compilation of E90 DIY" sticky hall of fame, huh?
Ok, I'll work on it... As for the sunshade - YES it really does work, and the fact that it's a custom fit is very very cool... As for too much time on my hands - well, yeah, sometimes... But I blame/thank all of you for giving me the mod bug... so this is as much all of your fault as it is mine... (can I blame it on peer pressure?) At least I did do a before I posted it... |

Sunshade w/o Logo
You can buy this same custom fit sunshade without the BMW logo from Covercraft here:

Funny, I thought I was the only one that hated the huge logo! I will say this, do not turn it around backwards. I have been doing that and it warps it. I guess because the reflective material is only on the front, I don't know. But, it buckles and warps, so now I'm back to using it the right way.
Time to break out the Rustoleum!!! |
