12,000 KM Service

Dear Bimmers,

I have put 4500 KM on my F30 328i and it still giving me the 11,000 KM Service, isn't it suppose to decrease!!! or does the car system detect if the service is needed or not? i dont get it please explain

what does the 12,000KM Service has?

Sounds right to me, it will clock down as mileage is added. CBS regime will tell you what is needed, but first visit it will be an oil service.

Look over 4500KM and now its saying 10,000KM Service it changed from 11K to 10K. Pls explain

330d had 19k for the first service. The previous cars have all been variable schedules so when it asks for it. There is normally a 2k or so warning

My dealer told me at delivery that the car's usual oil service interval was between 19,000km and 24,000km, depending on driving/fuel/oil/etc. Just wait till iDrive tells you to go in, and then go in.

Mine only needs to come in the first time after 30.000km .... it is now on 29.000km remaining
