Hi all, I'm currently waiting for delivery of a 335i sportline in Alpine White. My first mod is going to be the black M performance grills. I noticed that some folks on this forum are getting these installed prior to taking delivery. I asked my CA about this but he wasn't certain as to whether or not they could do it before delivery. At what point are the M performance grills put on the car if you have this done before you take delivery? My car just finished production and is in transit to the port. Also, for those who have had this done before delivery, were you given the original grills as well? (I would assume you were since you paid for the M grills)

You should be able to buy the M grilles and have them installed before you pick up the car. Just make sure you get the original ones back. I haven't heard of anyone getting them installed as an option when ordering, just at the dealership when picking the car up. Just tell the dealer to order them and have them install it for you. Save your time and hassle.
