How much did you guys pay to buy/install your M Performance Grill?

Thinking about getting the M Performance Grill. Dealer wants $350 for the grill w/ install. I know **********s has it for like $125. Not sure how much shipping + Duty, etc will come to.

For those of you who got the dealer to install, what did you end up paying?

100 dollars for both grills (right+left) from tischer and free easy install since I do it myself in 10+ minutes

Bought off eBay fom BMW dealer out east. $104 total. Installed myself in about 15 minutes.

Same here bought it off Tischer I think it was like $120 shipped. Installed myself it took no time at all. The rest is history.

You sir got a hell of a deal.

$350 installed at a dealer is just outrageous! Thas charging someoune like $200 for 10 min work of work that anyone can do! Thats damn near a crime. I would never charge anyone to do this its so easy.

Thanks all. I told the dealership to shove it. Will install myself.

Based on the DIY, you don't even need to take the weather stripping off, bolts, etc ... you can just unclip the grill directly from the front and pop in the new one. If its that easy, going to do it myself.

Had the dealer do it for $170...only reason worth paying the extra few dollars to have the port do it was to not have my wife bitch about me modding the car after 5 minutes of owning it lol.

I'm in! Where did you get them, and how hard are they to mount - just break the retaining tabs at the inside top of the existing grills and pop the new ones in? Any tricks?

pretty sure you have to take the plastic piece off above the drill
