Will E92 wheels work on F30?

I have a winter set of Michelin Alpin PS3 on Moda MD11 , square 18" on my E92 335is. I will be going to an F30 335i shortly. Does anyone know if these will fit fine or if I need spacers?

Should fit, I guess a mid 30 offset.
But the F30 has taller tires.
