Anyone have pics of white e90 with Terra interior.

Just like the title said...preferably pics from the outside with non-tinted windows. Thanks.

I'd love to see this too! I'd never thought of this combo until you wannabe brought it up. I think the contrast would be beauuutiful.

Nobody? I think this would make the car look very exotic. Someone order it so we can get pics. I can't cause I'm waiting for the coupe and when I win the lottery.

wannabe - you read my mind. I've been trolling all the threads looking for that very combo. It would likely be a "love it or hate it" kind of deal, but I'm thinking the former. Hopefully we'll see some shots here because I strongly doubt this would be a combination you could stumble across at a dealership.

I doubt if there will be many people with that combination.

I'm looking at the colour combination chart in one of the BMW brochures. According to the chart, both Terra and Lemon are not recommended with an Alpine White exterior. Whether BMW stops people from ordering these combinations or not, I don't know.

Let's wait and see if someone out there has it.... otherwise it might mean that BMW enforces their recommended combinations.

Martin_Duesseldorf: those pics are of terra in an SG, which are already in the interior thread. I think people are looking for terra in a white car. Thanks tho

It's weird, the first year the Honda S2000 came out...you could get white exterior with red interior. But the following years that color combo wasn't available. Don't know if it was a special edition kind of thing or not enough people bought it. They still offer silver with red though.

I don't see why BMW would not let you choose this color combo because (correct me if I'm wrong) you can get the e46 M3 in that combination.

Add: I just tried it on www.bmwusa.com and it allowed it. Usually they have an interior color 'x'ed out if it's not allowed.

In that case, then I guess it's merely a recommendation that is not enforced.

See the scanned page from the brochure, indicating the recommended combinations.

The US brochure shows every interior color (beige, gray, black, terra) available with every paint color. There is no "illegal" combo.

The brochure I posted is for South Africa. I guess it's the differences in markets. It's another one of the BMW mysteries, such as the unavailability of Lemon in other markets.... I wonder why all the differences.

robertb, thanks for the clarification.

Someone order this combo so we can see it Wannabe I have a friend who had that white/red combo on the s2000 and it was sweet! I think white/terra would actually look very classy and unique.

I imagine this combination would look really nice. The way I think of it is that it's like Alpine White and Natural Brown in the E46.

I know some of the guys on this forum have connections with the BMW factory in Munich, I don't know who they are...but everyone please ask these people to ask their contacts in Munich to take photos of this combo if it comes across the assembly line. I'm sure this could happen.

Otherwise, I would gladly order this combo on a car right now...but I happen to have misplaced my wallet.
