Coding help request in IA or IL

Hello, looking for a coder for my alarm retrofit. I added the alarm to my e90 328i and went to the dealer. Tech says there is no alarm installed (the computer said so). Obviously, it's there and sounds off when I stick my arm in the car and the clown nose blinks - I added the alarm kit. Looking for a coder in Davenport Iowa or Moline Illinois area to get my alarm to chirp upon locking unlocking and sound the panic alarm. Any help is appreciated. Oh and the dealer wanted $700 plus to install an alarm.
