Extended Warranty / Maintenance Plan ends in March: 85k on the clock

2007 328i currently sitting at about 85k, warranty ends next March. I just had the car in for service and a small oil leak and suspension piece was fixed. Last year a leaking valve cover gasket was replaced along with the motor for the climate control system (forgot the name).

I'm wondering as I edge toward 100k miles (most def will hit in 2013) how much maintenance (read: out of pocket) expenses I will incur. I'd like to keep the car another 3 to 4 years before getting rid of it as it is a pleasure to drive.

Anyone else have positive experiences on higher mileage BMWs that were out of warranty?
