Power Mirror adjustment for new E90 owner

I am a newbie Bimmer owner, with an 08 328I 2dr Coupe non-I-Drive. I have one key and know nothing about coding or programming. First I need to figure out how to adjust mirrors for me so I can see when driving. Then the cool stuff like alarm beeps, windows with key FOB and anything else anyone can help me program. Any input will be appreciated.

I ordered my DCAN cable. Found out that the automatic fold in mirrors are broken , actually left mirror is off track or missing an internal gear or something. When I figure out how to code the auto/rain detect and key fob one button operate sunroof/windows/mirrors coding I will see if it can be fixed under warranty.
