335 mechanic in westchester?

Trying to help out a friend. She has a 2008 335xi with almost 100k miles. It occasionally shakes and rpms go crazy after a cold start.

Can someone recommend a good mechanic in westchester to scan her car to see if any codes come up? Trying to avoid bringing it to the dealer and to not pay the diagnostic fee and try to take advantage of a girl..

Look up Euro Mechanica, guy there has the scan tool and the shop is pretty laid back. He was willing to break down all that was wrong when i had an issue with my 335. Think his name is Mike, theres nothing but BMWs in his shop located in Mount Vernon (i know not quite westchester)

I have a great mechanic in Mamaroneck. He's the most dedicated mechanic I've ever met, doesn't know the meaning of the word lazy. PM me for details.
