Bavarian's Dom - please give me my refund

Bav,

It's been a month since I return the splitters. Just give me my refund man. First group buy I received a damage shipment pair..waited for 4 months for the 2nd GB, 2nd pair fitment wasn't good and paint quality wasn't good either.....now i ask for a refund and you accuse that I've used the splitters before. Comon now.....if it was fitted to my car I would of kept it. And if you remember, I have email you several times to return the 1st damage pair to you so its not like I kept it to use on my car till I got the 2nd pair.
It's been like 8 months that I've waited. I just want a refund.

I know you have problems with the paint shop but is not my fault.....I feel so left out because you never promptly respond to me and the wait.....the wait is just too long, and I don't even want the splitters anymore even if it was free

Please give me a refund......I'm not here to put this vendor down but rather to let him know how frustrated I am

There should be a place on this forum where we could rate the vendors... just as e-bay does!

the fitment and paint for all painted splitters kinda sux. It doesnt matter what company you get them from because its all the same mold and probably the same paintshop. Bavarians dom, carking, etc. They should have anticipated giving out refunds here and there. I got partial refund because it wasnt "perfect fit" like they claim.Got mine from carking.

There is, it's under Vendor Comments/Review/Feedback Forum in the E90/E92/E93 Marketplace.

The only perfect fitment for the splitters will be the OEM CF splitters. The rest will have a slight fitment problem. Just like the ones I got.

my fitment wasn't a slight problem....I had a friend from a bodyshop looked at it and told me that even glue would not hold its place

did you use your c/c to pay for the paypal transfer? If you did, you can call up your c/c company to dispute the charge (might still be too late though)

I dont know why most members at every forums I went and read the complaints are mostly the same!

for those complaints to some of the vendoors, you guys need to call them and solve it in proffesional way.

off course there is some reasons!

and for those whoever dont know the matters,I strongly suggest that do not be a such busybody..dont involve!whats the point?

well this is just my opinions though...

Don't mean to intrude, but my silver splitters are turning yellow/gold. Are they in business still? The splitters are only a few months old. Thanks.

wow that sucks. I got my silver splitters from CARKING, and they're holding up great.

I thought this vendor was reputable? Damn, sucks to hear.
