My cars CEL comes on in the high rpm range when I'm doing a pull through 3rd or fourth. The code I get is "29FF" which I believe is "secondary air system" and I don't know what that means.

BMS dual cone intake
VRSF 3" downpipes.

Issue started happening upon the jb4 (which was very first mod)

Easier to get answers in the turbo section.

Before anything, when was the last time you changed your plugs? Plugs may play a role in setting off the CEL.

Yes I said while doing a pull. And the video shows acceleration. So yes.
