What if you crash the Complimentary Loaner Vehicle?

Does their insurance or mine pay for it

Most likely your insurance, they did ask you what insurance you had when filling out paperwork for loaner, right?
What happened?

lol I haven't got one yet or crashed one.. I am having my blue tooth enabled and I heard wait times are pretty bad here.. 2 hours + for oil it is the only bmw dealer in a huge town. Saw on the service website a cupon for a loaner.. Just wondering because I think my insurance would drop me if I crashed a new bmw

I just purchased a used 335i from the dealer and I read the loaner policy. Essentially it says you are liable for any damage done to the vehicle while it's loaned to you. So it's either you paying for it or your insurance, however that works.

Yours does. If you do something illegal in the vehicle (even letting someone else drive it) you pay it all no insurance. It's a temporary use auto which many folks seem to not understand. On the 31st day, if you have it that long your insurance no longer covers it.

Not always true. It really depends on your insurance policy. My policy has no stated limit for "temporary" substitute cars (car that replaces your car while your car is being serviced or repaired). However, there is like a 3 week limit for a "non-owned" car (you are driving a friend's car or renting a car but your own car is not out of use or being serviced or repaired).

My dads Mercedes loaner got hit. $1500 in damage. It was a choice of going through insurance or just paying for it himself. He chose to pay for it himself but I'm pretty sure he could've gone through insurance no problem.
