Retrofit Comfort Seats with memory and through-load

Hi,

I am considering changing my part leather sport seats and non through-load interior with full leather, memory, ventilated comfort seats with 465 through load. Has anyone done this before? Is there a problem changing to 465 (through-load folding) seats when the car did not have that installed before?
