Indeed you can

Fitment, just pop your old ones out, swap over the metal spring clips and push in.
They fit very snugly
I've added a foam backing to them as they didn't come with one and were lose, but now they're spot on

I made a backing from number plate foam backed tape

Leave the peel off backing on on one side then it works a treat
