spring/shock installs in DFW

I am looking for euro shops to install springs and shocks and an E90. Either eibach/FSD or from or OEM sport springs/shocks. I have been quoted from $450 to $1100!! I have seen others say install of about 200-300 in other cities. Why is DFW labor higher? Any recommendations?
