Fuel pump #2....

A few thousand miles later and the "new improved" pump is dying and needs to be replaced. This is ridiculous. With this type of quality I cant even think of performing a simple mod like pro.

I'd dump the car for a M6 or M5 but too many horror stories of tranny and SMG failures.

On the good side, the loaner 330 affirms my belief that the 335 is a monster powerplant, but the tradeoff is horrible jerkiness at takeoff, esp if just starting out slow. I cant figure if it is tranny or engine related, but it is so lame it makes the car seem like a poorly driven stick, not a slick 6sp auto.

BMW Mountain View did excellent job.

2 failures in 8k mile is ridiculous. I looked over the 750i while at the dealer.
