Best place to get an F30??

Hey whats up guys? Im in the market for a fully loaded 335i non-xdrive with adaptive M suspension and automatic w/ paddle shifters. Just recently i've been reading up on everything i can about F30's and I'm in absolutely love with them. I'm coming from an E92 335i w/ manual trans. Also i've been emailing the couple of BMW dealerships that we have in the PNW, and BMW of Bellevue just quoted me for 3% off the MSRP!? Well through email, thats what the guy said he could get me. It sounds like a rip off to me. I know what the invoice is for the exact car i'm looking for, and will not accept anything above 2k off invoice at the most. Am I missing something here? I want a deal but is 3% off MSRP what everyone gets around here? Does anyone have any recommendations for where to go to get a decent deal? Thanks

I purchased my e92 at BMW of Bellevue, but I had to work hard to get them to deal. It took me bringing them a competing offer for them to even start negotiating.

I'm looking to buy a similar F30 as you, and my plan is to contact a ton of dealers via email first - even one's in CA and OR that may be willing to deal. I'll then take that deal to the more local dealers to get them to play ball.

Once you find one dealer to play ball, it's easier to get others to join the game as well.

Good luck. Let me know how it turns out for you.

I found BMW NW to be the most negotiable on pricing. BMW Seattle doesn't like to negotiate much. Didn't bother with Bellevue. Kuni in Beaverton was negotiable as well. Although I had a quote from So Cal dealer (invoice +$750) that BMW NW matched, my CA Shawn has been great. That's more or less how BMW NW won the deal.

Let me know if you want further details.

You might also consider waiting a bit, 2014 models are almost here, that's what I ordered.

Yea thanks. Thats what my wife and I decided to do. I'm gonna buy her car there first then wait a lil bit longer and order a '14 F30 for myself. How long does it take once you submit the order and everything?

I found B'vue to be more amenable to bargaining than Seattle.

I just picked up a 328i xDrive from BMW of Tri-Cities. They're relatively new, but they gave me a great deal.

One thing to consider is that sales tax is about 1% less down here than in Seattle.

So I looked up online and found that the tax rate for vehicle leases in pierce county are .082. Is that the same number I use for bmwconfig.com?

I ordered mine around June 10th, ED is set for Aug 16. So about two months for me. This will probably be faster now that 2014's are into full production.

Bmw Bellevue? don't go there honestly. When I was going to buy a car, bellevue was the first place that I went to. They are so hard to do negotiation, so I decided to move bmw seattle and they gave me a great deal.

Yea I've talked to the dealers at BMW Seattle and they seem more likely to work with you than most places. When the time comes, that's where I'll be going for my next BMW.

From my recent experience---Seattle gave me the best deal and was the friendliest. Bellevue was the first place I inquired, then I went to Fife---BMW Bellevue didn't seem to care about my interest in ordering a car since I never heard from them until after I had already ordered with Seattle. The only reason I didn't go with the Fife dealership was because Seattle gave me the better price. I ended up with $750 below invoice.

I love Karl Enemark at BMW Seattle. Tell him Michael with the crazy wagon sent you. Also, love love David Padgalskas at BMW Portland! Both are very helpful and can work on price.

I ended up going with BMW Seattle on my F31... got them below invoice with a lot of work. BMW Bellevue was so busy, I highly doubt they would be willing to work much on price, let alone even give you a test drive.

Unfortunately, BMW of Bellevue has too many 'softies to try too hard and they were downright discouraging about any special pricing on an order.

I went to BMW of Seattle and ordered there. I also did not handle it in December, only mid-Jan so I missed the year end dealer incentives which did not help. I ended up getting something a bit over invoice, but below what I was afraid I would pay in the Seattle area. One thing worth checking is what the extra cost, hassle and time required to get something further away comes to. If I would have had to fly out to ID or CA to get a car and drive it back, or have it transported, it easily comes to $1k when you factor all the hassle in.

When I was pushing to get a new F30, BMW of Seattle was working with me, and they're a lot better than the other 2 dealers. BMW of Seattle also owns one of the BMW dealerships in Portland, so they also have a bigger inventory. I'm no longer in the market for a new F30 as I'm keeping my E92 a little while longer but this is good info for anyone who's in the market.

Reached out to Karl at BMW of Seattle early this morning about my search for a CPO F30, but no acknowledgement yet.
