Good location for brake bed in near Seattle?
I actually just recently upgraded from my 2007 328xi to a 2013 335i, and was looking for some big open roads to be able to "bed in" the brakes. Can anybody recommend any roads that I would be able to accelerate and then brake, repeatedly, without fear of getting a) a ticket or b) rear ended?
I-5, I-90, 99, etc., are all off limits because they're typically congested on the weekends. Thanks, fellow Seattlites! |

I-90 at night or early morning. I did 100-80, 100-60, 100-40, then 80-60, 80-40, then 60-40, 60-20. But I did this past the North Bend outlet malls

Yeah, that's a bit far away--but I'm afraid I may just have to go that far out to get away from traffic. Was hoping someone might have a good area nearby... thanks for the suggestion!
