Spacers

Seems most are doing 12mm front and 10mm rear. From the photos, it looks like one could go up a couple mm all around - maybe 15 front 12 rear.

Has anyone tried a more aggressive spacer width?

I would check out the 12/10 setup in person before going bigger. I'm running 12/10 and sometimes I feel like 10/10 would have been better. I personally would not go any more than 12 up front.

Do you ever rub either front or back? On my e60 I have a pretty aggressive flush fit and even though you think it might, it never rubs due to the slight negative camber.

Unless you are looking to have a that "hella flush" look, the extra 3 and 2mm respectively is just going to add issues, especially up front. In addition to the potential of rubbing (at speed during cornering and suspension compression) the extra track is going to add to the bump steer issue that comes with pushing the track out. I ran 12F/10R with my OEM and if I were to suggest anything, it would be to run 10mm on all corners.

You'll be fine...I did Macht Schell. Most of our cars are on H&Rs, which is 2.5cm (1") in the front and 1.5cm (.6") in the rear.

i did 12mm all the way around and a h&r lowering spring kit. looks bad a$$ if you ask me, but you can deff do 15mm in the front if you wanted to. but ill leave the 12mm on all four corners for now. back end with the 12mm looks wide.

Wow...I did 10s all around and I am right at the fender lip. Really don't think 15 front is a good idea.

I ran the 12/10 set up before my aftermarket wheels went on. I'd probably go with the 10/10 if I had my stock wheels back on. It's funny how 2mm makes such a big difference in appearance.

Anybody run 5/10 instead of 10/10?

Is there any detriment to not having both axles widened by about same width?

On OEM 12/10 is a perfect flush look. There is more needed spacing on the front. Those who are saying they are spacing with aftermarket wheels, why would you not just get correct offsets when ordering your wheels? Unless you are buying them used you should never experience this.

^^ I disagree. 10 front is perfect flush. Tried 12. Fail...
