Looking to get 2009 2010 335i w/ nav automatic

Prefer cars under 50,000 miles w/ some sort of warrenty left.

If the car is 2010, it needs to have Logic 7 speaker option or modified speakers.

Dude, I have given you every chance to buy my 09 that you have made numerous offers on. My last communication accepted your offer and then you offered me even less and expected me to cover shipping. You are not going to find anyone willing to negotiate this way.

Your last pm said you wanted to finalize the deal quickly but I see you are still fishing for that impossible catch. I am trying to work with you but there comes a point where I have to give up. I'm making this effort one last time as I have finally found a car I wish to purchase. I'm giving it to you at over $1k under actual book and the car is pristine. Not sure what else you can possibly ask for.
