Pro Tuning Freaks +1

Been working with Jake @ PTF on getting the right tune for my '11 335is. Wasn't after a HP monster but want a smooth, predictable tune that won't kill the engine in the long run. All I can say is wow! I was running the COBB OTS Stage 1 + FMIC agressive tune but always felt like it was a little harsh and the power was less controllable. Working with Jake, we went through a bunch of different tunes finding the right one that was super smooth, had the right throttle response and good power. The car now drives like a refined coupe should but can unleash hell when I want it to. You can see the differences below although it really doesn't represent the improvement in driving experience I'm getting. All logs on the same stretch of freeway, about the same temps, with a slight uphill grade. I've also noticed a couple mpg improvement when just tooling around. Can't say enough good things about the experience so I'd recommend Pro Tuning Freaks anyday.

Can't say enough how great it was working with PTF for my own tune although mine was with Dzenno, he's local to me in Toronto. Both guys are 100% down to earth easy to talk to and really try to do their best. Money well spent.

I am working with Dzenno@ptf on a etune right now. Just received my 2nd revision. Quick turn around. Is great.

Google "Pro tuning freaks". Can eTune or ProTune depending on your location. I got the eTune and it turned out fantastic. I'm pretty junior when it comes to tuning so they will hold your hand when figuring out exactly what you want. How can you argue with that kind of service for about the price of 4 tanks of gas?

He is trolling you. Jake protuned the dark blue 335xi in his signature to make 427awhp on e50. Very impressive, indeed.
