JB4 interface failed to connect!!!
Does anyone here has an old interface dated 121412 archive that can spare me? Long story short, I was updated the latest interface dated 051313 but then JB4 module decided to quite communicate with my laptop thru this new interface app. No matter what i've tried (took off the cowling and checked all cable and wires connection to ensure no loose pieces around) but there won't be any connection establish between JB4 unit and my laptop
 . it keeps saying connection failed... please help!!!

Have tried making sure the com port is correct?

+1... Forgot to mentioned it but yes i did that as well to ensure com port was sync on both my laptop and JB4 interface... still connection is failed.

Best bet is to post on the BMS forums. Terry is always fast to answer from my experience.
