HELP! ENET Cable Stuck ?!

Hi all,

Just finished successfully doing my first bit of coding on my 2013 320i (f30).

However, I pushed the net cable in to seat it into the OBD port in the car when I started, and it clicked in nicely...

However, now that I am done coding, I can't get it out!! Any suggestions? What do I do to remove it?!
