There aren't too many production cars the C7 will lose to on a track. And by production cars, I mean cars with an established dealer network where you can take them in for service such as Porsche/Ferrari/Lamborghini...not a Pagani or Koenigsegg 14 year-old's wet dream.

Does it matter if the GTR or the Corvette is faster? Buy what you like and which has the handling that speaks to you. Both cars will give you very different experiences.

Yeah. They totally drove the GTR slow around the track on purpose. Or purposely left some of the computers off.

M_C7 on there is a GT-R owner not a Corvette owner.

I don't see where the test was skewed in any manner. People keep quoting times from Motor Trend but it was Randy Probst driving, of course the times are going to be faster and would probably be faster for the Corvette as well.

It was run what you brung. I guess they can go back when its cooler outside and add some race gas so the GT-R fans can be satisfied.

Otherwise, we're just going to see more jimmy rustling. Edmunds had all of these cars there at once I think. The Viper and GT-R were up. Porsche guys are up next.
