Fair sale price??
Okay so I have an offer on the table for my car and want to know if its a fair price or not. I looked on kbb but I have heard its not the best and everyone has their own reasons for their offers.
Here are the details: Pvt sale offer 2008 328xi coupe black on black Nav 2012 maps, heated seats, sunroof, aux input, BMW factory alarm, rear folding seats, awd (obv), 35% window tint. 52,700 miles. CPO warranty and maintenance ends Nov 15. Everything done at BMW and all service records in hand and both keys with original floor mats and manuals. The offer is $18k... Thoughts are appreciated? Take it to carmax, if the car is in decent condition exterior and mechanical wise they will pay top dollar.
I got $9k for a 2007 altima 2.5s base with 99k on it with an accident history. |
