It sure makes for some friendly competition! Flip side of the coin is that you know who driving better on a given day because we are both running the same machinery. So there tends to be alot of trash talk between the two of us when we are at an autoX or track day. I really wish though that we could get the old man to get that turbo out on the track so when we could have some great family competition

it serves to remind me that I have to work extra hard in school now so I can have the privilege to own amazing machines like these later in life. the goal now is a p car by 30 but we'll see how things work out... I still can't believe it everytime I open the garage and I see my own m coupe sitting there. I am sure greatful to be able to own a car a great as the m coupe at my young age.

there is a funny story behind why that is painted red. One night I was out in the garage working on my car and I had a very powerful light pointed to the engine bay to give me some light. next thing I know the engine cover is smoking! In the end the light melted part of the engine cover. So i ordered a CF one off of ebay and of course it didn't fit at all! So I decided what the hell I'll just give it shot painting it. So I sanded the cover to try and get rid of most of the roughness in the plastic then I used a high build primer to get rid of any roughness that was left. After that just lots of sanding and more coats of primer till the surface was where I wanted it to be... i might be alittle anal when it comes to my car. After that i jsut used a high heat spray paint and some matte clear. hope this helps

Eventually. It probably won't look like the current Z4 and it'll probably be late in the M3's production. Don't want to give it too much competition

Not for me. Two different tools for two different jobs. As some of you know, I have a heavily modded M6 and while it's fast, I think I can beat my best 'ring time using the Z4MC with some different tires, brake fluid, and pads. I really enjoy the stock handling of the Z4MC. It's fantastic for a stock car! With some suspension mods and mild engine upgrades (in depth mods next year), this car will easily blow by all 911's except for maybe the GT3's. I don't think many people understand what they really have here! All road tests in this car were done with Continentals (CRAP TIRE). With some PS2's or better, this car will easily exceed 1.0 lateral G's. I will have Nordschleife videos when the weather breaks, so stay tuned....
