My E92 Looks Outdated and Shitty

I'm so sick of my car's old and boring appearance. The tail lights are awful and it's just so boring inside.

Any tips on how to update it?

I have an OEM aero lip. Maybe the tail lights?

I think that LCI tails make E92's look so much butter, so yes I would start with that.

For some interior updates look at maybe a new color interior trim or shift knob, an LED kit.

LOL.

When we waste food at home, it's usually because we didn't get to the leftovers. Not that long ago, we threw away more than 1 lb. of salmon @ $14.99/lb. I thought, what a spoiled rotten family we are, that 1 lb. of salmon could have literally fed a family in other parts of the world.

When I hear someone calling an E92 s****, spoiled rotten also comes to mind.

You saved for 2 yrs? Good for you. I bet you appreciate what you have, and what it took to get it.

I get asked for advice now and then, from some trust fund babies. Part of me says it goes with the territory. But I often wonder how they look at life, because saving is usually not something they need to do...

Hm I don't think the E92 looks old, I don't even think a nicely modded E46 looks old. BMW makes some timeless designs.

LCI Tails/ Mtech Front & Rear bumpers/ CF Diffuser/ Wheels... There's a lot to do to your car depends on your budget.

Just remember that its not outdated or shitty looking, the pre lci e90's like I have look a little outdated but still sexy as hell. I'm trying to trade my car for a pre lci E92 so don't call my future car outdated! lol

Timeless designs if done right.

But a full M kit and a iPad retro fit in dash, new wheels and suspension components, should get you're trousers tight for years to come.

I appreciate what I have...I just recognize it looks outdated and shitty after spending almost $50k 4 years ago. I paid cash and it was all my money and frankly not a very expensive car in my situation. Sometimes, people make their own way but still feel frustrated when it's not what they thought it'd be. I somehow thought the looks would be timeless but it almost looks old and cheap.

Since money isn't an issue like you said...sell it and buy a new car if you're that upset about it. E92s will always be beautifulllll

Just drive next to a tractor trailer near a highway intersection, let it try to run over you. Make an insurance claim and get an F30.
